AI: Upsell—Email—SMS Marketing

Free application that suddenly became paid with little notice for no reason at all. I do not recommend using it as there are better applications than this.

We have been trying to get a pop-up for our website and tried at least 5 different apps each with no success due to their limited free option choices, complicated integration method and they just didn't seem to merge well with our website LylakWonders. But this is an amazing app! We love it so much, the customization is great considering the fact that it is completely free and run by a small group, integration is super simple and you can view how the pop-up looks on your website whenever you want! It gives you automatic unique coupon codes and the customer service couldn't be better, they reply within minutes which is mind-blowing. We really love this app, 100% would recommend it. Also our customer service helper, Alice was amazing. She helped us solve our problems within minutes and gave us some great suggestions!

I am using this app for campaigns to collect E-Mail addresses of customers and its been a great tool since day one. I have had some questions and customisation requests (e.g. custom font), which was implemented within minutes. Their support is amazing! I am still using the unpaid version because I dont have a lot of traffic but if my traffic grew I would be very willing to pay for this app as well :)

I love this app! I just got help through the live chat and Trish was so very patient with me. She set up my popup coupon and email & SMS automation. I had both ONE and Omnisend and was deciding on which to keep and which to delete and ONE wins hands down! I've been struggling with Omnisend for weeks and because they don't have a live chat option, I have had a hard time and worried about getting my store launched in time but thanks to Trish, my page will now look professional and ready to maximize profits. This company is amazing!! I can not believe they offer so many things for free! Everything you need is right here in one place too! They will also help you and LISTEN to what you need to make your pop-ups etc. better. They are available on chat and will also do a zoom meeting with you so that you can understand things better. I highly recommend this app! Customer service is 5 stars : )
