In love with this app! Sales questions were answered very quickly. Pricing is very reasonable. Installation/setup is user-friendly. Chat support has fast response, answered all questions, and even made wonderful suggestions for improvement. This will be replacing a few apps!

The support team is very helpful and they respond quickly. I just wish they had abandoned cart automation in their SMS feature

Sandy Lin was so great to help me ! I've never seen an app with such a professional service on zoom and involvement and kindness. Marketing tools is a complex area and they make it so effective that i think they'll really help me to grow my business like a friendly partner. It's like a dream cause its free too !!! If you don't have this app yet, JUST DOWNLOAD IT. I am a total NEWB with shopify and marketing, but this app has made it so easy and effective on my store. Maya needs a raise, if she hasn't gotten one already. She helped me navigate through some questions, and even followed up with me a day later of her own accord. Amazing customer service. 10/10!!!

Especially with their Customer Support (got assisted by Emily, and she's the best!), they helped me with my technical issue and responded really fast and on point.
