Hidden fees when not one customer even used a rewards or referral feature(which is why it was installed in the first place). the Widget is hideously ugly and it shows on every page blocking site space and making your site look cheap. Would be one star but the first point could've been avoided had I payed attention.

For the usage charge, please allow me to clarify it to avoid any unexpected misunderstanding.
The charge you mentioned is not a hidden fee but is based on MALM (Monthly Active Loyal Members).
Since you set up the "Create an Account" and "Place an Order" programs to earn points, whenever customers perform these actions and earn points, they are counted as active loyal members, leading to the usage charge.
OneLoyalty does not charge based on the number of orders or for customers who do not engage with the point system. Our focus is on helping convert visitors into loyal members by incentivizing engagement through these programs.

For the widget design, we really appreciate your suggestions for improving the widget's appearance.

App was initially completely free. There was no warning that the app was going to become chargeable, or notification when certain features became chargeable. I understand that people need to make money from apps, but it would have been good to have notified users that certain features now incurred a cost, instead there was no warning and I find I have to pay $49 a month to reinstate the features that drew me to the app in the first place. Poor service, and have unfortunately uninstalled as I feel this was dishonest.
