For a startup just boot strapping away in this very very competitive market and that too selling grocery where margins are razer thin, OneMobile & Emily are both God Send.

Starter package is just the right price point where a small startup can get their feet wet in the market without breaking budgets & understanding the channel before committing to their better packages.

From a mobile application point of view, we could have spent at the least 5 figures USD and still not gotten all of these features we're getting now with OneMobile. Not to mention the hassle of management of the vendors and additional resources.

Here we have EMILY.

But really happy with our decision. Looking forward to working with this team long term.

Miley helped to build my App with me - well she actually did it all. I wouldn’t have been able to do it on my own. Customer support has been amazing so far and I’m just getting started!

Its certainly good, works okay and most recently, the additions of in app discounts certainly draws more installs. My main complaint is that the themes really barely have any difference with the exception of the one paid theme. I would love to be able to completely control all colours to fit my brand. Even the "branding" is fairly simple, just a change of top image.

If they could include total colour control, that would earn the 5 stars.

Missing key features that aren't communicated prior to moving. Moving apps is a real pain. So much is not offered on the lower tier pricing. I moved to higher tier pricing BUT there are still really basic features not available. There is NO currency change option in the app so my worldwide clients cannot use our app, very disappointing. If you ship to multiple countries this app is not for you, i've already moved so now will have to go through the whole process again which took months.

Couple of days ago i signed up OneMobile App and since that day MILEY and EMILY are helping me allot , both of them helped me to correct few things in my store as well , even they fixed my logo , basically it is my first experience that live chat is working so good and on top of that MILEY & EMILY are helping with so much patience , ONE MOBILE APP you guys are lucky to have such a great hard working staff for you , only because of these two i am willing to tell many of friends that must download ONEMOBILE APP , cause you guys deserve this token of appreciation , there are apps in market like they respond back in 3 days through e-mail but here it's instant that is an awesome feature , i am writing a long review so people i am just a happy customer it's not paid parmotion , well everyone who is reading my review i can assure you as a customer that go for it without thinking MILEY & EMILY are there to back you up with every problem you get , i am still waiting for my app it. will be live in next couple of days and once my app will be live i will leave another review to keep you guys update, it is a value for money , CREDIT goes to MILEY & EMILY

I chose OneMobile since it was the highest rated app on the Shopify app store. I had no idea how to build an app and you don't need to know how because this is a very simple process. I had questions in the beginning before I started customization, and Miley was so patient and helpful. She sent screenshots of exactly what to do which was so awesome! Once I sent my app for approval or publishing, Miley looked over it to make sure I didn't miss anything, and she quickly let me know that my customization looked impressive! She gave me the details of what to expect which I truly value because timelines are important when you own a business. If you are thinking about getting an app for your online online Shopify Store, go with OneMobile!
