MISLEADING: After enjoying the fruits of your labor and are excited to submit your ready to go completed app for approval from Google and Apple app store, you are stopped in your tracks. You must sign up for their subscription package in order to be able to submit your app for approval.
Also, on their website, it shows that you get more features then what they actual give you.

However, I believe there is a misunderstanding here. Please let me give you a clarification about our app.
Our Free plan does not have the native app - https://prnt.sc/sj-6KBTLvmGz. If you want to build a native app, you need to have a lot of resources, such as cost for app development, technical issues, human resources, and other fees for Apple ($99/year) and Google ($25) platforms.
Currently, we offer a free plan for our customers so that they can have enough time to choose and set up the theme they want.
When you have done the setup, you can upgrade to the paid plan with 14 trial days to submit a request so that our technical team can build and submit your mobile app to the Apple Store and Google Play.
In this case, we sent you an email, please check it and reply to us, and we will try our best to support you.

For the best experience, please use a desktop computer or laptop for these settings " but i use laptop now, so i cant use your app, i wanted to buy a plan and thatnks god i did not

The app has static themes, in which you cannot even change the color of the fonts or move the blocks up and down. There is no customization possible, just like mobile themes cannot be customized in any way.
Additionally, their customer support is very slow. They offer live chats; however, no one responds despite numerous messages, and there is no notification of the average wait time. After a certain time, you get their replies on emails, and by that time, you would have already bounced off the development module or uninstalled their app.
However, the plus point is that they have a free plan. So all those who want an app for the sake of it, with a low possibility of conversions, may go ahead and choose it.

As you mentioned, we currently do not offer the ability to reorder blocks. We have been transparent about this on our pricing page.
We understand that the current number of themes may not meet the needs of every store. For that reason, we also offer the OneExperts service, which can help you with custom requests. You can learn more about OneExperts in our main navigation menu.
