I chose OneMobile since it was the highest rated app on the Shopify app store. I had no idea how to build an app and you don't need to know how because this is a very simple process. I had questions in the beginning before I started customization, and Miley was so patient and helpful. She sent screenshots of exactly what to do which was so awesome! Once I sent my app for approval or publishing, Miley looked over it to make sure I didn't miss anything, and she quickly let me know that my customization looked impressive! She gave me the details of what to expect which I truly value because timelines are important when you own a business. If you are thinking about getting an app for your online online Shopify Store, go with OneMobile!

We added the app today and Miley helped us get the homepage created and she was very helpful. The app is easy to use and so far no problems with the install. The price is also reasonable. It looks like it will only take us a few hours to fine tune the layout and make it look the way we want. I would highly recommend this mobile app.

Currently, I am looking for the perfect app builder for my project. I am searching for the perfect technical requirements as well as outstanding support. At the moment, I have not fully tested the app technically, but according to the support, it should probably not be a problem. However, what I want to highlight is that the customer support absolutely deserves 5, if not more, stars. From start to finish, they addressed all my requests, and if something was not fully understood, they asked for clarification to tailor the app exactly to my wishes. If the technical requirements work out, I will get the pro plan and I am confident that this will be a very good collaboration. I am already looking forward to it. I'm starting with the free plan and have been having trouble. I'm not a super techy person. My request for an app through both Apple and Google were rejected. I spoke to Jaxber who was beyond helpful. He explained to me, step-by-step, what to do and even included pictures. I still couldn't figure it out so he did everything for me and got me back on track. He connected the appropriate store collections to the correct banners. He was a breath of fresh air in a time where some customer support provides little support. I'm definitely sticking with OneMobile. Thanks Jaxber!
