I haven't been able to spend a ton of time building the app but with the help of the support team (Julia, Ricky, Windy, Durra), we already have our app live in google play store and apple store. Really appreciate how the team is dedicated towards customers success and helping store owners build their app in the easiest and affordable way possible.
I still need to spend more time on the features and functionalities but all in all, I feel very optimistic about releasing our app to the customers and getting feedback from them.

We added the app today and Miley helped us get the homepage created and she was very helpful. The app is easy to use and so far no problems with the install. The price is also reasonable. It looks like it will only take us a few hours to fine tune the layout and make it look the way we want. I would highly recommend this mobile app.

WOW, I'm very impressed. I have been searching for mobile apps and have tried a few others, which were not successful. Too many steps to get started. Today I stumbled upon Onemobile. It is very easy to use, imports all your information over and customer support is outstanding. Julia is very helpful and very quick to respond. MISLEADING: After enjoying the fruits of your labor and are excited to submit your ready to go completed app for approval from Google and Apple app store, you are stopped in your tracks. You must sign up for their subscription package in order to be able to submit your app for approval.
Also, on their website, it shows that you get more features then what they actual give you.

Firstly, we really apologize for any inconvenience you have when using our app.
However, I believe there is a misunderstanding here. Please let me give you a clarification about our app.
Our Free plan does not have the native app - https://prnt.sc/sj-6KBTLvmGz. If you want to build a native app, you need to have a lot of resources, such as cost for app development, technical issues, human resources, and other fees for Apple ($99/year) and Google ($25) platforms.
Currently, we offer a free plan for our customers so that they can have enough time to choose and set up the theme they want.
When you have done the setup, you can upgrade to the paid plan with 14 trial days to submit a request so that our technical team can build and submit your mobile app to the Apple Store and Google Play.
In this case, we sent you an email, please check it and reply to us, and we will try our best to support you.
