However, we believe there is a misunderstanding here. Please let us give you a clarification about our app.
Regarding the app fee, Shopify will help us to automatically charge you after your trail period end, it's impossible for being charged you in the trial period.
In this case, we believed that you left this review for another store which had the trial ended on November 01, 2023.
And on November 20, 2023, that store uninstalled the app but the billing cycle started from November 02, 2023 to December 02, 2023. This was why Shopify helped us to charge you.

As we explained to you before, your refund request does not meet our Refund Policy. We hope you will understand for us in this case. Thank you so much for your understanding.
