We’re truly sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. After reviewing your feedback, we’d like to clarify the situation regarding the purchase event not working on your custom checkout page.

At the moment, OnePixel is designed to work specifically with Shopify’s default checkout. This means that purchase event tracking may not function properly if the checkout process is customized or managed by another app.

That said, your feedback is extremely valuable to us. We’ve shared it with our Product team so they can consider ways to improve compatibility in future updates. We’ll make sure to keep you informed if there’s any progress on this.
