Worst company ever exist. Support team is completely lying. They are not at all helpful. I have installed the app and I needed help to adjust my plan. Now support team is not helping me to solve my issue. If you can not stick to your commitment then you should not provide any commitment. Moreover, the support I needed has not been provided and they are claiming the same solution they had provided. They are not responding to my email as I am giving the workaround. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SUPPORT. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS APP AS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS.

However, I believe there is a misunderstanding here. Please let me give you a clarification about this situation.
On March 28, 2022, we made a commitment with you and also explained the solution to do that, and you got clarification and accepted that. Then we did it for you.
And today, you came back to us and asked us to do the commitment again. We did exactly what we did on March 28 but you are not satisfied with it anymore.
We believe that is a misunderstanding, we are so sorry about that.
