OneSaas has been my saving grace for years. Automatically syncs all of my orders and payments which leaves me more time for the customers and daily running. Vince is always a massive help and is ready to answer any questions I have in an amazing reply window. 5 Stars from me.

Contacted OneSaas support for a very strange problem where non-inventory items were converting to services in QBO somehow. I received prompt service on chat, and the developers looked into it promptly. The problem was resolved by OneSaas and it wasn't even their App that was causing the problem. Great follow-up & knowledgeable support. Thanks to Johnny, and Troy, and the Development team who looked into this...Great Job!

Awesome support! Hazel really helped me with the sync and provided amazing support that solved our sync problem. There's a wide room for improvement for this app but so far it has been serving its purpose.

Had to contact support again 03/24/2020 because of sync problem.. To the Dev team, please check inventory level sync QB to Shopify it seems that it has a bug when reimporting products.
Thanks Rafael for your help. All is good now. But I hope I don't need to contact support the next time I sync my products since it is one of you app's feature.
