The app is great if all goes well. If not, reaching out for assistance is hard. They take much longer than the courier itself to get back. This is why despite Nicol's plea, I will not increase the rating on my review.

I stand by how difficult it is to get compensation on lost parcels. I currently have two pending cases for lost parcels, with evidence by the courier that they have issued a credit note to Oneship more than 2 months ago. But yet Oneship refuses to give me any update till now.

Have been using OneShip for about 6 months now and it has been the most amazing experience. I get almost instantaneous replies from the team and any problems occurred by third party logistics team were also solved quickly.

The platform offers a seamless experience and allows you to compare different services at different prices at a glance. I can tell that they are really committed to providing a extraordinary platform which does all the work automated without needing much manual effort. My orders will automatically sync over and I can fulfill through the platform. Their prices are also cheaper than the other platforms.
