BAD SERVICE! I have been contacting Get Support many times since several weeks ago until now, but still no response
We've been using this app for about 3 years without issues, however it recently just stopped working without any notification which cost us a days worth of sales.
After emailing the developer it appears their support email no loner exists so it looks like this app has been abandoned.
If your looking for a rates app for Indonesia we have moved to IndocoLite which seems to be doing the job well so far.
Love it! Helpful! Work flawlessly! However I find some problem while installing it, but the CS solve it in no time. A must have for Indonesian Website. Recommended
With a very easy setup, shipping costs can be calculated automatically. Support via e-mail is also very fast and can be easily resolved in case of problems.
If you want to open a shopify shop in Indonesia, it will be a must-have app.
