I had to migrate to Ongoing Subscriptions and Adriana made it absolutely painless. She walked me through what was needed but also took the reins and made sure nothing slipped up. Ironically I've had a bit of uptick in subs since moving to Ongoing Subscriptions - I think a result of being able to offer multiple frequency options. All in all, good so far!!

Within a few minutes of installing this app, Adriana came on live chat and helped me set it up and configure it exactly how I requested. She gave me a few other options to include which I hadn't considered.

Amazing customer service! I was on the phone for 30 mins and they helped me set up my subscription app, link the free shipping successfully, and answered all of my questions. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Initially I had problems setting up variants with the appropriate subscription. Adriana was extremely patient and helpful. Their tenacity in getting to the root of the problem and fixing it is very impressive. Thank you so much. Looking forward for our customers to use this very useful feature.
