We have used two other subscription providers previously on the Shopify platform, and they have been hard to deal with unsatisfactory results for ourselves and our customers. I LOVE Ongoing subscriptions. I use them for both of my shopify stores: one an online retailer, and another a weekly delivery service. The customer support is incredible and you can customize your subscriptions based on your needs for your business!

I had to migrate to Ongoing Subscriptions and Adriana made it absolutely painless. She walked me through what was needed but also took the reins and made sure nothing slipped up. Ironically I've had a bit of uptick in subs since moving to Ongoing Subscriptions - I think a result of being able to offer multiple frequency options. All in all, good so far!!
