Ongoing Subscriptions

Currently using this app for our subscriptions and I must say I am impressed especially with their customer support. You can tell that they value all their customers and would help out in any way they can. Thank you Adriana and Ongoing team!!!

We have used two other subscription providers previously on the Shopify platform, and they have been hard to deal with unsatisfactory results for ourselves and our customers. Ongoing Subscriptions has been absolutely amazing. We really appreciate the positive and proactive approach to tech support. They helped us fix our broken subscriptions. I had to migrate to Ongoing Subscriptions and Adriana made it absolutely painless. She walked me through what was needed but also took the reins and made sure nothing slipped up. Ironically I've had a bit of uptick in subs since moving to Ongoing Subscriptions - I think a result of being able to offer multiple frequency options. All in all, good so far!!
