We have used two other subscription providers previously on the Shopify platform, and they have been hard to deal with unsatisfactory results for ourselves and our customers. This app was easy to load onto my Shopify store and fairly straight forward to set up and start selling subscriptions. The app developer has been very responsive to any questions I've had and has been pro-active in recommending improvements.

We upgraded our Shopify theme and noticed that the subscription products were no longer showing the subscription options.
