I used this app to provide subscription options for my future buyers. Adriana, the owner, was so pleasant and had great customer service. I loved that she reached out to me via email to see if I needed assistance with setting up the subscription options for my future customers. Indeed I did, she called me on the phone and assisted me with setting up my subscription groups. This is the best subscription app and I love how I’m able to give my customers options. Adriana was awesome! Download this app, you will not be disappointed and if you are having issues with setting up your subscription groups, Adriana or her husband will assist you!

Very easy to set up following the video, I was able to create my subscription preferences. Love that I received a call the same day to match the colours of the writing to my brand colours!

So far... everything has been amazing. Adriana has been extremely helpful in answering our questions in a quick manner. Setting everything up was very easy and so far this is the ONLY app we have tried that let's us do reoccurring billing automatically on Shopify. We definitely recommend trying them out. The app is new so we are not quite sure to expect but I feel like we are in capable hands if any issues arise as the customer service has been spot on thus far. So grateful for this app!

Repeat Kit is a fantastic piece of software. I was up and running in less than 5 minutes. The instructions are super clear and very easy to implement. I had a few questions just around general use and my customers experience, Adriana was super helpful and responded swiftly, even to my awkward questions! 5/5, highly recommend.

We downloaded the app over the weekend for our new line of subscription boxes. Sunday night, I added my first box to the website with a small technical error. Just before noon Monday morning, I received a call from Adriana, who took the time to look into how I configured the box prior to calling. She was incredibly helpful in walking me through what and how to make the necessary changes!

I cannot get over the level of customer service and help that Adriana and Ongoing provided. I had a glitch that I didn't know existed and she got it fixed and our website ready for subscriptions. She called and emailed and made getting us up and running a priority. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

I think this is one of the well-working apps which should deserve the best rating. Oustanding performance for free and really helpful customer service. Keep it up!

I am beyond impressed with the Ongoing Subscriptions app! Not only is it very customizable and supports everything I need, but the tech support is amazing and all of my issues are resolved immediately. I was told that they are a small team, but their approach to customer care is as if they run a large scale operation. I would definitely recommend using Ongoing Subscriptions if you want the best customer support and the best subscription plugin for you business. I've used a few but I'm sticking with this one!
