Onollo: Social Media Marketing

why i buy the item,i can not open the app in my shopify.

We love Onollo when it works. But it hasn't worked for over 2 weeks -- and we are not able to reach them via their support. VERY FRUSTRATING. We would definitely recommend verifying that it is working before you make the decision to go with this product.

The app stopped working on February 9th, 2025. Nothing has been posted since then—just a bunch of error codes. I contacted chat support every day and emailed them, but they remain unresponsive. No reply, nothing fixed. Again, as usual, they just ghosted me. Paid for a yearly plan...and that's what I got.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience using this auto-scheduling app. The calendar interface is frustrating, as it displays question marks for all days, making it impossible to see which products are scheduled to post. After several attempts to reach out to customer support for assistance, I've received no response and no fix for the issues I'm facing. I've paid for an annual subscription ...

Amazing save us so much time and lets us plan ahead for all our social media platform. Check out instagram @xclsvafashionista you can see samples there with scrolling images. Great we love this app ! :)

The app is great, cant fault it in anyway. Saves me hours of work every day, posting to FB, TW and now IG as well, sweet.

Easy to work around. No need of special training on this app. Integrates will mostly all social media platforms

This is the best app for scheduled posting across social media accounts. As a small business with a full-time job, I rely on this app to post for me throughout the workday. Any time I have an issue they ALWAYS help. Quickly at that. I honestly have kept my same chat bubble open, and the same person has always helped. LOVE IT!
