OnVoard helpt merchants de omzet te verhogen met meer dan 15 kant-en-klare e-mailworkflows voor e-commerce. Haal afgehaakte kopers terug, stimuleer herhaalaankopen en houd klanten betrokken met workflows voor afgebroken check-outs, winkelwagens of browsesessies, welkomstseries, win-back, prijsdalingen, kleine voorraden, nabestellingen en meer. I used to think I was saving money using onVoard, but the app has sadly had my emails ending up mostly in spam inboxes, because of kinks and quirks of the app. Time to start looking for a replacement.
If it ever gets a proper audience exclusion, and safe-sending features. I may change my mind, otherwise I would shop around.
I want to thank A for the feedback, because this was certainly the most important customer failure lesson for me as an app developer. I was defensive when I handled the issue at that point in time.
This lesson was a big wakeup call for me because A previously left a 5 star review and I screw up handling his issue. At the end of the day, it is our responsibility as an app developer to ensure customer find success in using it.

At the same time, I've also added safe-sending feature to auto skip if same/any email has been delivered to recipient within the last X hours.

I'd like to clarify that this was related to how the campaign was set up at the time, and I didn't provide the level of guidance I should have.
Since then, we've improved both the product and safeguards to prevent situations like this. Across the platform, we send millions of emails each month with good email deliverability consistently over these years.
Great app for sending welcome emails and customizing workflows. The developer is extremely helpful and will do whatever is needed to make sure it works for you. Highly recommend!
Great app backed by some next truly level support. Ryan was there to answer every single question I had during my onboarding and integration process and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Nice that it easily integrates with the rest of the Onvoard app suite too!
