The customer service was quick and highly efficient. They identified the issue and resolved it within a day of me reaching out, but the app stopped working. I now have upset customers that are not buying because I marketed this particular feature. I am disappointed that I had to uninstall the app. Happily, I can say, the staff, specifically Dov and Gal, are superstars when it comes to customer service, promptness and communication.
