Yes, the app does exactly what you expect. The app fills the gap that Shopify has when it comes to reverse charging VAT in the EU. Support is also good.

The EU TAX Exemption plugin works really well and was surprisingly easy to install. Everything functioned as expected right out of the box. And if you run into any issues, the support team is fantastic. They respond within a couple of hours and guide you through the setup quickly.

Erg prettige app om zakelijke transacties buiten Nederland snel te regelen. Geen gedoe meer met BTW/terugstortingen. Installeren gaat makkelijk en werkt doeltreffend.

After a long search and some fails over the years and changes to shopify key functionality I was dispairing as a UK based store that needs to account for VAT unless a B2B in europe. We are OSS registered in ireland. We have just installed the trial and completed full tests with all parameters, including using a VPN to spoof locations, and it just works.
