I used this app for social login in my site..it does it's job well...and leter i had a problem with my theme features and they done a great job fixing that....fast communication and service...

This app works just great! I had an issue with redirecting users to a certain page after logging in and it turned out to actually be an issue with my store theme. Users when logging in through social login where redirected correctly but when logging in through email directly they were sent elsewhere. I contacted the developer and he notified me of this and still went out of his way and made the login page function the way I wanted. I recommend this app because it simply just works and the developer is there to help as well.

The customer support is amazing. They are very prompt, polite and precise. They even made a change to their app based on an observation I made just to make a certain feature of the app more user-friendly. Not to mention, the app does exactly what it should and more. It has a user-friendly interface with some great features. Well worth the money.

It will not show your domain that connect to the social media, instead showing the developer domain which is weird and make it suspicious for customers.

We were looking for a new social login. I'm really glad I tried Open SignIn. The plugin has all the features we were looking for.

So far so good. Always get fast reply, and helped me to configure everything including changing fonts to match my theme.

However, in admin side, it can set percentage and px for the whole section width of social logins, but only can set px for the button width, this maybe why the Facebook login looks not responsive.

For other needs, if you want to change something, I think customer services can do for you.

If provide an option for changing percentage of button width, that'd be great.

This app is everything they tell you it is, plus a little more. Great design that seamlessly integrated into our store. We wanted to do a minor design tweak, and support put their effort into it and helped us out right away. Recommended.

Update: Let me tell you about this company; seriously they are on top of things. Graham is always doing his best to make me happy and this makes me a very happy customer. They implemented a way for birthdays to be part of a verification process with facebook, WAY above and beyond. Now if one of the other apps that are sign in featured birthday's as a requirement (obviously not ok okas) we would be able to offer even more. Amazing job guys!

WAY better than hull. Dont even bother with hull because before you know it its 19 a month when your user base becomes big enough. With these guys they went out of their way to make some nice banners and YOU CAN even customize them to make it your own icons. Just all around better social media login and you dont get all the redirect errors you would get with hull

They charge $10/month, not $5.45.month as stated. I had it since 2014, and I just realized I have been overpaid for 2 years.

I was having some trouble figuring things out. every email I sent was responded to in a very timely manner. Graham was so awesome. He even took the time to install the HTML code for me on my site.

We love the icons and the great setup process.

The support is just awesome. I'd been struggling with another app for quite some time and could not get the problem solved. I encountered the same issue with this one, but Graham helped me understand how things work, and solved the issue. The trail has expired. Is the up to 100 free logins for ONLY during trail or is it a life time deal ? Our shop is new & this add-on my not get used for a while untill sales pickup & we dont want more costs just yet.
I would love to be able to keep this add-on & pay when it's used more often.

App does exactly what it is meant to do, not bloated with a bunch of options.
Support is top notch and even helped get rid of code from socialshopwave that was left behind breaking our site.

The ability to sign in with Social Media is really important to a lot of users, and this app really helps bring that convenience to your online store. It may be a bit slow to load sometimes, but we can definitely see our users using it. I'd love to see the app grow into more social media interaction and tie-ins, but right now it does what it says it does and it does it well

This is one hot app that no shopify shop should live without. In fact, this is the very first app that we installed in our site at http://www.k9talkandcatnap.com

However, being a total newbie at configuration, Graham assisted us and highlighted that the store should be configured to "'Optional Account Setting". In optional account setting, customer can register and login. While checkout, the customer can proceed as guest as well. Of course, we didn't know this until Graham kindly pointed it out and configure it for us. The best part was his reply is speedy and the app was up and running just as we dreamt of, all within 30 minutes. We are very impressed considering we're in Singapore and there's the time zone difference. I was working late at night about 3am so it was a blessing to be able to get such warm guidance, attention and assistance. I was happy looking at my store with the installed Open Signin app while sipping on Hot Chocolate. Perfect app for a perfect day to blaze through sales.
