We are thrilled with our transition to OpenDesk! The technology and analytics have significantly enhanced our customer experience while saving us both time and money. The AI is incredibly useful for generating quick, accurate responses, as it can be tailored to our business by training it with relevant documents, such as shipping policies, customer service guidelines, and product details. The analytics tools provide valuable insights into KPIs, helping us identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Our team quickly adopted the platform and has since moved away from our more expensive customer service solution. We are extremely satisfied with OpenDesk and highly recommend it for customer care.

Opendesk has been helpful to organize and streamline my support tickets. The auto draft feature is great for quick responses and I've noticed some great improvements in the past month with more empathetic responses to match the customer issue.
