Support is really good at Optimonk. Loving the integration with Klaviyo and detailed targeting. Popups are beautiful and easy to whip up. Pricing is okay and comparable to similar apps like JustUno. Overall a must-have for any site serious about engaging customers.

This app is great, and the team is super helpful. Optimonk is our preferred pop up software and we consistently get higher conv rates with it over others we've tried. Their support and team knowledge has been useful as well.

Edit: I was contacted by Reka who guided me through the issues with the integration for SMSBump. She was very helpful and we managed to solve the issue. I didn't know the support wasn't available through the weekend, would be great it there was, or just a small email stating so. Anyway the issue is solved and now I'm looking forward to seeing the app in action. Previous - App hasn't been good so far. I've had issues with setting up integration for over 2 days now and support hasn't replied at all, I thought for a popular app they would have much better support team. I'm very disappointed.

I was stuck choosing between the different pop up services and went with OptiMonk. I was not disappointed! The pop up designs are great as well as the targeting options!
I love how I'm only charged based on site views which is flexible.
This app is super informative, easy to use and their free package doesn't feel like I'm missing out! Anna is super helpful and the rest of their live chat team that makes the magic happen at any time.

I've tried this app for a while and its very easy to set up. Integrating it to Active Campaign or other mail service and hooking it up to google analytic was a breeze. New and improved responsive templates that scales to computer/tablet/mobile are awesome. Got split tests of different colors at the moment for our mail opt-in. The support and free consultation helped tons. Highly Recommended!
Optimonk is the best exit intent app on the market, period. I have been a customer for a good while and their customer support is awesome as well.
