I use this app to help me with email campaigns and I couldn't be happier! They reply extremely quick with any questions you have in order for your campaign to perform its best. Will definitely be using Optimonk to continue to build my store!

Great System to pop ups! Super Lovely and easy to use.

We've been using this app to create cross-sells and up-sells which are quite complex within our industry and this is the only app we've found which has been able to manage this.
We're also looking at utilising the app to offer bespoke messaging to new / returning users to the site, which currently we're not able to manage.
I've not needed much help from the support team but anything which has been needed has been responded to quickly and answered efficiently.
Very good and fast customer service. I spoke with Chris, and he helped me in a matter of seconds. My problem was resolve fast!

Amazing app. So professional and clean looking pop-ups unlike some of the other spammy stuff from other apps that I had to uninstall from my store.
I also love the settings - you can configure just about everything in this app. Truly great stuff and so glad it was recommended to me.
I love the aesthetic of this app and the options and customer service is amazing and super helpful. I've already made sales from my pop ups and i'm excited to see how things grow!
