It was a bit difficult to set up at first but overall it was a great experience using Optimonk and the customer service was wonderful!

Been using the app for a little over a month and it works great. I use a 10% off coupon popup and unique coupon code. We have received about $22,000 in sales from that coupon code in a little over a month so the app more than pays for itself especially if you have a lot of traffic like we do. I have tried other apps and this one is the best. The free ones just don't work well like this app does. Good job.
This app is simply great. I love how easily it integrates with my store.
Has done very well for us to obtain emails and prevent leaves. Would recommend to anyone running e-commerce.

So happy with OptiMonk. Compared to other pop-up apps, it's easy to use, seamlessly integrates with Shopify's customer base or another like Active Campaign. I had an issue with one of the functions and the team was quick to respond and resolve the issue. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking to boost sales and email marketing lists on Shopify.

I was having issues seeing the pop up and reached out for help and received a response the same day and the matter was resolved. I was missing a value in the cart section. Love this app so far!
