Very responsive and solution oriented support team. Balázs was very helpful in getting us answers and explaining different options. Gives us a lot more confidence to continue to use the product knowing the support team is there to help when we have issues.

Had questions about how my campaigns function and received a thorough response with details on how to optimize them for higher functionality and visibility. Very helpful. Also see that I am getting the expected conversions on them as they have been active. Good product thus far.

This app has beautiful popups! And so very customizable. I was using justuno before and these are nicer looking and plans are cheaper.

Stephan was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He quickly identified the issue with our Hubspot integration and fixed it seamlessly. I installed their app in hopes of setting up a wheel only to find that it is so limited, hard to use, hard to set up. support wasn't any help. going to look for an alternative pop up wheel app instead. Spare yourself and don't try theirs. Some part of their lucky wheel I can even call stupid and useless like, they added a "no luck today" on their template but it required a coupon code and when you actually test the wheel and got to "no luck today" you'll be greeted with a "congratulations" with a coupon code. just stupid.

The "non-winning" slices are included to enhance anticipation, but we ensure every spin results in a win to keep visitors engaged. The non-winning slices have a 0% weighting factor for this reason.
This approach helps maintain interest and prevents users from losing motivation :)

I hope this gives a better insight into why we created our lucky templates in such a way. Our development team is constantly working on enhancing our features.
