I've been so impressed by this app! I've used it for around a year now, and it's been really helpful to be able to create campaigns that look a bit unique, and the drag-and-drop editor is really easy to use. I've reached out to support a couple of times when I've had issues, and they have helped me pretty much instantly and resolve the problem. OptiMonk is absolutely vital for running my own my business, and I wouldn't be without it!

Update: I continue to love Optimonk, more than a year after installing it and giving my initial review. I recently had to update my theme to the latest version--it had made several update jumps that I hadn't realized (Version 6 to 11). So it was a major update. I asked Optimonk to confirm that their pop ups had carried through properly, and they immediately checked and confirmed all is well. That really eased my mind!

This app has some fantastic features! I've always hesitated to do a Pop Up because they are so annoying. The features in this app allow it to come up on exit intent and keep track of whether the customer has used the coupon yet, gently reminding with a subtle banner at the bottom. It looks very classy, and I'm looking forward to growing my business with the help of Optimonk! The customer support is phenomenal. Zsofi stayed with me through several newbie questions and explained everything I needed to know, and provided illustrated screenshots and links to helpful articles. Highly recommend this app.

This is an amazing app. Since installing it Ive seen my sales and engagement increase. It helps me fine tune the user experience for my customers and its easy to use with great support. I highly recommend this app :)

Very good customer service and feature rich. I checked out another highly rated and found Optimonk to be a good bit better overall.

This app made us an extra $249,000 last month. Combining exit-intent with a well written pre-purchase email sequence is unbelievably powerful. OptiMonk is an amazing tool... great support, easy to use and highly recommended.
