I've tried many free pop-up apps and this one is by far the best!! The support team is very helpful and kind. They have lots of fun themes, and it's soo easy to customize. Highly recommend this great app!

Easy to set up and recovered 75 customers (kept from exiting) in the first month. That's a minimal investment with a great return. Niki has also been helpful and responds quickly to any questions or suggestions. Highly recommend.
I just signed up - the capabilities are very impressive (templates and editing for Pop-Ups), extensive rules on whom to show the pop-up, integration with many systems and a great virtual assistant to guide me through the setup process.
Exit Intent Pop-Ups By OptiMonk is a great way to gain subscribers, promote a deal or salvage website abandoners. The app is fully customizable on the free plan but extra customization allowed with paid subscription. Check out how I use the free plan at www.tieflyclothing.com.
I absolutely love this app. It integrates super easy into my shopify store. When i had a technical issue, the support team were super helpful and messaged me back within seconds which i highly appreciated and they helped trouble shoot me through the issue and i had the app back up and running in seconds.

LOVE product but the Service is BEYOND!!! I'm a rookie so I so appreciate that they talk in our language and not as if we should know all these in and outs- they test everything and give you pointers to improve upon what you are using. I use the Trojan Email/SMS exit pop up- and I know I haven't even scratched the surface yet of what they can do for my store.

Simple to setup and to integrate. Provides a great user interface and allows us to capture customer emails easily without hassle. I hope to upgrade once we see value in the app. It is starting to look good so far.
Optimonk is fantastic. It it's a great app and the customer support has been very helpful. Unfortunately, I discovered the popups do not work from the Pinterest app. As more and more my traffic is coming from Pinterest, I will be moving to another popup app that is compatible with Pinterest.
