This app is really great, it has many options and all very fun and editable. You can design practically everything the way you want. And everything is very well explained and easy to use, you really enjoy editing.
And the technical support is 5 , they always respond quickly and help you in everything very willingly, this makes it totally recommendable because you know you always have someone to take help you.

I was facing an issue integrating OptiMonk with Klaviyo. I reached out to their support team, and Emil resolved the issue in seconds! He was extremely responsive and supportive.

Customer service was solid, patient and got the job done regarding my query. Happy with that. Unlike some apps though Optimonk will not appear on your webpage when looking it at from the Shopify editor, but it will be on the live sites, only small niggle really

Overall appearance of the app and templates was great, but it was changing the coding in my theme. So easy to use and brought so much appeal to my page but had to recreate my entire website

Free plan is more than capable to handle starting out. The upgrade paths are also so affordable. I see myself sticking with this as my popup banner campaigns app.

I'm new on Shopify and there's definitely been a bit of a learning curve. But this app is one of the best and most fun to use that I've found so far. I just got off of a customer support chat with Chris from their team and he fixed my issue in LITERALLY 2 minutes. These guys are awesome.
