I just started to use this app, but I can say it's very eased to use and have a great customer service.

I know everybody say "I never leave reviews, but...". In this case it's really accurate. I can count on one hand the number of times I've left a review for any app. I'm almost always underwhelmed. NOT THIS TIME. The app itself is really well thought out and efficient. But the customer support is what sold me. Like a lot of busy entrepreneurs, I don't have a lot of time to comb through help pages every time I run an issue. It makes a huge difference when you have a highly responsive and KNOWLEDGEABLE support staff at the ready (in my case Anna). Not only was she able to thoroughly explain to me how to fix any issues, but in most cases was able to go into my account and fix them for me. I am beyond impressed.

Really easy to work with HTML template editor even for a noob like myself. Tones of free info from optimonk to help your onsite retargetting too. Great service
The Exit Intent works! Took a few days to get set up, but once i was set, i began to see conversions right away! I just figured out the mobile exit intent options (wasn't that clear) so looking forward to seeing if this option is as successful as the desktop setting.
Customer service is great. I needed help understanding the logistics of the scratch off gamification pop up. I was baffled, but Chris brought it all together for my understanding. Having great customer service means the world to me.

easy to set up, with good instructions.
I added this app to try and improve my conversion rate. After clicking through a few pages I decided to give it a go. It is so easy!! After about 5 minutes I had a pop up box working. I contacted support for a little bit of help tweaking the pop up and Anna was more than happy to guide me with what I wanted. Highly recommended ... lets hope my offer works!!
