Amazing app! Just what I was looking for for my pop up customisation and customer conversions. Easy to navigate and has a lot of integrations with 3rd party apps which are super useful. The support team are very helpful and prompt when asking for certain requirements!

This is an excellent service, happy to recommend. We particularly enjoy the extensive settings so we can specifically tailor the pop ups for our individual page needs. We have used it successfully with several stores in the past as well.

We use this app to get leads from two different pop-ups. We got such a great response from it, that we upgraded within the first few months in order to get more page views. The free version was really great to be able to try it out. When we had trouble upgrading, or when we have hit a glitch or two, we have just e-mailed the support chat and they have been incredibly helpful, especially Fruzsina. We love Optimonk and would recommend it to anyone with a Shopify site.

What a brilliant app (and even better customer service!) We've been using an exit intent pop-up on our site for a couple of months now and its been performing at over 13% conversion, consistently. There are loads of templates you can adapt as you like and the interface is super easy to use. The customer service really is next level. They answer your questions really quickly and everyone I have spoken to has been incredibly helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

Support is really good at Optimonk. Loving the integration with Klaviyo and detailed targeting. Popups are beautiful and easy to whip up. Pricing is okay and comparable to similar apps like JustUno. Overall a must-have for any site serious about engaging customers.
