Does what I need it to do easily. Free options available. Good app. A few free templates. Easy to customize.
I have had some basic questions to setup and Tom was amazingly helpful. Very detailed responses that shows genuine care for customers. Thanks Tom

one of the best apps in shopify which gives you awesome functionalities even in their free plan. I didn't check their premium plan because their free plan is already awesome.
Optimonk is easy to use, and has the most awesome customer service ever! Anna helped me with my issue and was resolved very quickly. Highly recommended!

I would give it 10 stars if I could. It's just one of those apps that are very properly thought of and developed. The customer support responded to my questions super fast (within minutes) which I did not expect. There are also plenty of free resources within the app to learn from. Shoutout to Tom and Optimonk team for creating such a wonderful app!
