It's really pretty good. It has some great segmentation abilities within the app for display rules. Support is good (sometimes a little slow, but they always have been able to fix any issues!).

I've used ALL the other apps, and this one is the easiest to use and has the best UI. There's always more we (shopify owners) want as far as functionality, but it does a really good job and will be the best option for 95% of stores out there.

so far seems like a great tool to use to try and boost online sales! I am looking forward to checking in on the conversion rates and trying new templates!! Thank you, this is a huge help for our non-profit gift shop!!

Customer Support from Optimonk is great...each question I had came with a very quick and informative response to solve my issues. I even had two members of the team answering me...one of them added additional information that was helpful to get my pop-up to perform better. Thankful to the team!

Very good app even if you use the free version, but I recommend doing the paid version. The customer support is outstanding. An app can be great but if the support isn't there then it's junk. Optinmonk has some really helpful tools and its a breeze once you get how to use it.

Zsofi's support has been unreal. We wanted to launch a really complicated AB testing solution with two totally different forms. Not only was that possible via the cookie splitting beta but I also wanted som technical custom JavaScript work to send a date stamp into our CRM so we could report on lifetime value based on pop source without it being overwritten if the user happened to see multiple pops in our testing roadmap. The support team gave me custom code along with screenshots of exactly how to build the hidden field all within less than a couple of hours. Easily the best tool to grow your email lists with such a huge template library with best practices. If the app can't do it you can bet their support will make a solution. Thanks guys, so excited to have you as a partner.
