Support is really good at Optimonk. Loving the integration with Klaviyo and detailed targeting. Popups are beautiful and easy to whip up. Pricing is okay and comparable to similar apps like JustUno. Overall a must-have for any site serious about engaging customers.

Optimonk's customer service is amazing. They were able to take my brand's custom font and add it to my dashboard for use in all my ads which their competitors were unwilling to do.
They walked me through creating pop ups carefully explaining each step. It's been super helpful for my business to have such an easy app to rely upon for pop ups.

Edit: I was contacted by Reka who guided me through the issues with the integration for SMSBump. She was very helpful and we managed to solve the issue. I didn't know the support wasn't available through the weekend, would be great it there was, or just a small email stating so. Anyway the issue is solved and now I'm looking forward to seeing the app in action. Previous - App hasn't been good so far. I've had issues with setting up integration for over 2 days now and support hasn't replied at all, I thought for a popular app they would have much better support team. I'm very disappointed.
