Excellent Customer Service! I was having trouble editing the variants on my collections page due to a custom shopify theme. Cherry hopped on to the chat quickly and was able to determine what was causing the error. The tech team is going to manually fix my issue and let me know when the job has been completed. I am extremely grateful for the hands on assistance. Save me hours of headache. Thank you!
Excellent app and outstanding customer service! The OPTIS team was very responsive and helpful. I had a display issue with my color swatches on mobile, and their technical team quickly investigated and fixed it. Everything is now displaying perfectly. Thank you to the whole team for your professionalism and support! Highly recommended.
It is marketing as free app and its so not. Also very expensive for really basic features. Customer Service is great though. Add a star only for them.

I am absolutely blown away by the service. I am not at all techy and the guys at OPTIS helped me set it up (actually they set it up for me)- where neither I, nor Claude, were able to. Well priced, and offers functionality many other variation apps don't, such as images changing when you hover.

I am absolutely impressed by both the product and the support team behind it. The entire experience was seamless, professional, and well organized. The app itself is truly useful, intuitive, and works exactly as intended.
During setup, I ran into a few issues due to my website's custom code, but the support was outstanding. A friendly and knowledgable representative responded immediately, guided me through the process, and involved their IT team when needed. Together, they've resolved everything quickly and made sure the app was working perfectly.
