It is marketing as free app and its so not. Also very expensive for really basic features. Customer Service is great though. Add a star only for them.
Excellent app and exceptional customer support! The team responded very quickly and helped me with several customizations to match my store perfectly. They were patient, knowledgeable, and solved every issue without delay. One of the best support experiences I've had on Shopify. Highly recommended!

I am absolutely blown away by the service. I am not at all techy and the guys at OPTIS helped me set it up (actually they set it up for me)- where neither I, nor Claude, were able to. I was trying to do about 10 completely different things simultaneously and they were sympathetic. The results are perfection. Thank you so much.

I am absolutely impressed by both the product and the support team behind it. The entire experience was seamless, professional, and well organized. The app itself is truly useful, intuitive, and works exactly as intended.
During setup, I ran into a few issues due to my website's custom code, but the support was outstanding. A friendly and knowledgable representative responded immediately, guided me through the process, and involved their IT team when needed. Together, they've resolved everything quickly and made sure the app was working perfectly.
The fact that all of this support was provided free of charge made it even more impressive. Recommended!

Excellent Customer service, any issues that came up were thoroughly taken care of, and they provided us with suggestions and assistance with small customizations even outside of the scope of the app. Vastly improves navigation and visibility both on collection and product pages. Plenty of customization and relatively strait-forward to use.

I was initially disappointed when I tried using this on my own, but after someone showed me how to use it, I realized it’s very customizable. I had to get on a call with someone for them to walk me through how to make it work, and I love it. They even added a price to my buttons, which I love. It's actually really easy once you get a little bit of explanation.
I have a few other customizable apps, and this one has the absolute best customer service. They are available every time I've asked a question, night and day. On some of my other apps, I have to wait days.
