I'm currently on the free plan, but the customer support has been absolutely wonderful — very responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. Cherry and the team went above and beyond to fix the alignment issues on my product page, and everything looks great now. Looking forward to exploring more features as I grow my store. Highly recommend!

i have had and absolute fantastic experience using this App, it does exactly what it says it does and so easy to use. Cherry has been outstanding in helping us with any extra alignments. This makes your products look fantastic and helps the customer see different variants so easily and works brilliantly. you can design them how you want, just brilliant! Customer service is 5-star! I wanted to remove variants from collection sections in the home page, but keep them in the product page. The team fixed it straight away. I needed help with something else during setup, and again, the team were very attentive and helped/fixed it in under an hour. The app is perfect for our needs, and I highly recommend it.

L’application est efficace et bien conçue. Elle répond clairement aux besoins que je voulais et elle s'integre sans complication. Le service client est réactif et professionnel : à chaque question, l’équipe a apporté une réponse précise dans un délai raisonnable.
L’usage au quotidien est fluide, et les fonctionnalités sont pertinentes sans être superflues. Rien à redire sur la qualité du support.
