Very difficult platform to manage. Need to be very careful on syncs because it causes changes to entire Shopify store item information. Lacks field settings and the ones available are extremely difficult to setup. Netsuite has a backend for support that only they can touch and causes changes to your system without your knowledge. Very tedious to maintain. Been using this since I started with Netsuite and this is by far one of the most difficult integrations I have experienced. I use the B2B integration by using tags and a little programming in my platform without the need of buying any additional modules, which is almost $1,000 per month!!! That is CRAZY!!
We transitioned to Shopify from another e-commerce cart and needed to avoid any gaps in order syncing. The NetSuite Connector provided the core integration, and YCS Consultants helped us configure it for both our B2C and B2B workflows and the changeover in a very tight window to avoid any missing orders and create a seamless customer experience. It’s been a smooth setup that scaled with our new success on Shopify. Can't say enough about YCS Consultants-their planning, execution and post implementation support has been A+.
Our brand wouldn't run without this app. We've been using it for years and have had great success. Customer support is usually really helpful. If you have Netsuite then you definitely need this app!
