Difficult to configure. Difficult to figure out how to use. Poor admin design. Very frustrating. Life is too short...

Great app and cuts time to do quality ads. Everything is there with just a 'click" Helps with understanding your target audience for different types of ads
all my terminal freezing because of their app, but they are asking 149$/month for small businesses heheheheh
Amazing. They set everything up for us and are running ads with an amazing roas for us. Extremely communicative and helpful. A really great bunch of people. We are a quite large scale company and they are handling it so well, with many different ads, keeping an eye on every one of them, trying different things. SO WORTH IT!

It's been 5 months that I installed Socioh and it is a great app for running Facebook and Instagram marketing campaigns, it's very easy to navigate and use, and the customer service is simply amazing, specially Bhuvi has helped us a lot to setup campaigns and provided valuable advice that has helped us scale our ROI's, she has been available whenever we required any assistance, overall a wonderful experience.
AWFUL experience. I tested the app and after the trial, I decided to wait to study the results. But the FB campaing were stopped and fb catalogue canceled overnight and my store had no adv for almost two days, in an high seasonality period. Made me lost a ton of money. Crazy.

I'm sorry about your experience.
I looked into the issue and found that we had sent 3 emails to you following the end of your trial regarding your catalogs. When we did not get a response to any of these, the catalogs made via Socioh were deleted on the 7th day after the free trial ended and the associated campaigns were paused. This was done to ensure that you did not suffer any loss or waste budget.
Please allow me to explain how this works.
Your Free Trial ended on 9th December. From 9th to 16th, 3 separate emails were sent to you with the information that, one week after the end of your trial:
a) your Socioh catalogs would be downgraded to the Free Buddy Plan, and
b) the ads using these catalogs would be paused
On the 16th, since we did not hear from you, we paused the ads. (I wonder if, perhaps, the emails went to your spam folder?)
Why we paused the ads:
1. The Buddy Plan allows for a limited number of products (far less than what you had in the trial). Continuing to run your ads with a limited set of products could cause financial loss and would be irresponsible on our part.
2. In the past, users have created ads through Socioh during trial and then forgotten to change them later, leading to a wasted budget. Based on this, we updated our policy to pause any ads where the catalog is affected at the end of the trial.
Our aim here is to ensure that our users don't accidentally run unprofitable campaigns. I'm sorry that this experience didn't work out for you, and we would be happy to further improve this experience if you have any thoughts on it.

I'm so sorry that you had a problem installing the app.
I just checked our database and found that you were having a conversation with Bhuvi. It seems that you had difficulty setting up Socioh due to billing issues with Facebook. Unfortunately, we have no control over that. As Bhuvi mentioned, you need an active Facebook Business Manager account to advertise on Facebook or Instagram.
Was there another message that we missed?
Regarding the 1 day response time, we now have offices in the United States, Canada, and India so we are able to respond to all messages within a couple of hours at the most.

We had an inconsistent performance with our Facebook & Instagram ads and we were struggling to scale our ads beyond a point before using Socioh. We heard about the app in one of the facebook communities and wanted to give it a try. We are using the app from past couple of months and we are extremely happy with our ads performance. It is a lot more consistent and predictable, we are able to scale our ads using Socioh’s audiences and branded catalogs have been real help in optimizing our retargeting funnel. Our spend has gone up almost 3x in last couple of months and we have seen an increase of around 38% in our Click through rates with a consistent ROAS.

Great app. Helps a lot with promotions on social media. Have only used it for a bit and will update my review once I've used it longer.
So far, I do like the app. It makes the creation of social media ads a lot easier and faster. The support is outstanding and the team behind the app is very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately there is an issue with posting to Instagram which they are aware of. This is the only reason why I can't give a 5-star rating.

Excellent App.
Lot of templates for facebook category and so many advertise ideas with different templates. We can advertise on facebook, twitter, Instagrame, pinterest and so on at the same time.
Only it matters money. it is expensive for new store. Expecting one more plan slab in between free to $50 Per month.
Otherwise it is really good.

I'm sorry we missed your previous message. As you sent the email through Shopify, it went directly to our CEO's email. He was traveling from America to India and didn't have access to his mail for 24 hours. Please do send any messages through the in-app chat as we constantly monitor this.
As I explained in the email, we had lost access to your Shopify store. We have now manually ended your sale.

Can't explain how much this app helped me to make creative ads on my products , now i will focus in other things since socioh is doing the marketing
I am using this app at the moment and I believe its gonna create sales to the ceiling and I am looking to this
I am currently using the Socioh app. So far so good as I can see some leads coming in. I will continue using this app if sales are visible. I am looking for big sales and big money and this will be a good platform.
I have created a catalog, came up with some sale and I am crossing my fingers on the sales to triple up.
I think this app really looks great so far! I am very much looking forward to trying it out properly.
