Works flawlessly and does perfectly what it should. We use it the manage the correct pricing for various EU countries based on the shipping location the client chooses and offering them the correct VAT rate (shown as including VAT prices)

Stellar customer service. We've had to pause shipments to the EU as we get up to speed with the updated regulations. This caused our store to glitch out when viewed by customers in Europe. Mariana and the tech team were very prompt with their response, providing guidance on conflicting settings across Shopify, Orbe and other apps that was causing the glitch. The issue was resolved quickly and smoothly.

Orbe Geolocation has been a fantastic addition to our store. As a developer and entrepreneur, I really appreciate how seamless the integration is and how well it handles global sales. Great app for multi market routing, but the support is what made the difference. Roberto guided us through the full setup for Denmark and Germany, explained the catalog and pricing logic clearly, and kept everything on a draft theme so nothing went live before I checked it. Have been using Orbe for a while, works as advertised. I'm now having an issue due to Shopify's decision to end designating a fulfilment location for each country / market. The were very helpful in suggesting solutions outside of Orbe, that's quite rare! Very happy
