Geolocation ‑ Orbe

Roberto, the owner is super attentive and very helpful. App is sleek in design, easy to use and works way better than the Geolocation app by Shopify. A+++++

Excellent support team, they're prompt, friendly, and very clear with instructions. Orbe is the best app for us since we use Shopify markets and need our customers to be directed to the correct shopping experience.

Orbe is by far the best geolocation App. We started with the Shopify native solution but it does not include countries outside of the store markets so that we can redirect between stores. Orbe solved the issue. Also, Luis has been very proactive and helped us implement an X to close the popup window.

App works great and the team behind it listens to customer requests and adds new features continuously. They just implemented Klaviyo integration to send the users market/country to Klaviyo on signup which has been really helpful for us.

We had such a complicated launch, and Luis and his team helped us by customizing the popup and market selector to match our store design ethos with custom code on short notice. I am grateful for how quickly his team completed the project for our launch. They are a great company to have on your side!

Orbe app is the perfect application I've been dreaming of! Everything is very well thought out for a brand that wants to sell abroad. It's great to be able to choose the language at the same time as the country. The team is very available and has kindly configured the display of the selectors on our site. They gave me advice and suggested different solutions so that I could projetc myself. I highly recommend this app! The support is top :)

Great app - works very well. The customer service for this app is however outstanding. Luis went above and beyond with helpful videos on issues I had which weren't even strictly related to the app! (Markets/ Languages section). Thank you again, Luis.

Edit for April 2024: I just wanted to add some additional praise for Roberto as, following an unrelated theme update, I messed up some general settings to do with Markets, and he took the time over a weekend to resolve the coding for me - despite it being unconnected to the Geolocation app. Truly outstanding customer service, yet again!
