This app resolved all our issues with geolocating our customers to the appropriate localized experiences. We use Global-e Native on Shopify, and the integration with Orbe has been fantastic, significantly enhancing our internationalization strategy and user experience.

We've been using Orbe for some time now and highly rate the solution. Not only is the product very strong but their customer service is another level. We had some Google Analytics queries to understand how it will work with the product & Roberto the cofounder was back in touch within the hour - offering a huge amount of knowledge & solving our request. Highly recommend Orbe! After using it for about a month, we've only had some issues in the beginning when setting up. Luis and the support team responded super quickly and within a couple of hours everything was fixed, even though the fixes required some custom changes. Luis even followed up to make sure that everything was alright. Great product and great support!

We have 4 stores serving markets in the UK, USA/Canada, EU and Australia/NZ. We could see from our analytics and Google search results that customers were finding their way onto the wrong store for their territory and were abandoning their cart because the store they were on did not ship to them. We have a complex set up as one site (EU) is multilingual and after much research of alternatives, settled on the Orbe Plus plan.

The app is easy to set up, functions perfectly, is customisable and has fixed our geolocation issues. But where they really stand out is the top notch level of customer service and attention. Luis and Roberto really know their stuff, are 100% attentive and responsive and willing to go that extra mile, including on matters not directly related to Orbe’s remit.

After weeks of testing several apps of country redirect, we found ORBE and we were amazed by the wonderful features it offers. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify Markets, and includes a multi-site integration that was essential for us, as we have several stores and warehouses around the world that needed to be connected.

Roberto was incredibly reactive, even on weekends, to fit our requirements. With just one click, we can even sync Shopify markets again and again even if they change over time.
