Increíble aplicación y mejor equipo detrás. Tuvimos un pequeño error en el código (causado por nosotros mismos) con nuestro tema y el equipo de soporte, de la mano de Roberto, lo resolvió de forma impecable: nos grabó un vídeo personalizado explicando paso a paso el problema y la solución. Eso no lo hace nadie. La app funciona perfectamente para gestionar la geolocalización entre nuestra tienda de España, MEX y Europa. Orgullosos de usar un producto de este nivel. 100% recomendada.

Orbe Geolocation has been a fantastic addition to our store. As a developer and entrepreneur, I really appreciate how seamless the integration is and how well it handles global sales. Great app that does what it says. The setup can be a bit confusing but the customer service is absolutely stellar. They also customised for our theme market selector. Recommended!

Have been using Orbe for a while, works as advertised. I'm now having an issue due to Shopify's decision to end designating a fulfilment location for each country / market. The were very helpful in suggesting solutions outside of Orbe, that's quite rare! Very happy

Great service and very helpful support. We had an issue with customers landing in the wrong store/country version of our website, and Orbe helped us solve it. They also implemented a layout that made sense for our needs. I definitely recommend the app.

Teníamos dudas respecto a cuál sería la mejor opción para geolocalizar a los usuarios que entran en nuestra web y redirigirlos al país/idioma que le corresponde, pero gracias a la ayuda del equipo de Orbe todo se ha solucionado.

Orbe has worked extremely well for our international setup. Because of regulatory requirements in the nutrition space, some of our products must have different versions and product pages in Spain and the US. With Orbe, each customer is automatically directed to the correct product page based on their location, which is critical for compliance.

The ability to geolocate users and send them to different product URLs within the same store has made everything much simpler for us. It ensures every customer sees the right product for their market without friction.
