Geolocation ‑ Orbe

Orbe is a very talented app, and the tech support behind it is even better.

We just started using the app but the support has been amazing so far!! Luis helped to get everything set up and offered great suggestions on how we could improve things further.

This app is simply amazing! From the first use, we were impressed by its intuitive interface and the features it offers. The variety of customizable options is great. We love how it adapts to our specific needs. Customer support is excellent, always ready to help. In summary, this app has significantly improved our digital experience. We would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Our experience working with Orbe team has been fantastic. Since the beginning of the project they have been very helpful and collaborative, even taking part in meetings and conversations just to give us some advice in SEO and geolocation issues. Our website is composed by five markets and we had very specific requirements however they have solved all our needs and the tool works perfect in every market.

Our company loves this app, and the service it priovides! We really needed an application to combine two stores, have custom messaging, and Geo-IP functionality. We've had measured improvements - less confused customers for our customer service team, increased traffic to the proper regions, increased international sales - we are so satisfied. Also, Orbe's customer service is top notch. They are super quick at answering questions, even during the super busy black friday period. Very thoughtful - they pproactively followed up with development team after a service request was finished. We can't recommend this company enough!

Orbe app is the perfect application I've been dreaming of! Everything is very well thought out for a brand that wants to sell abroad. It's great to be able to choose the language at the same time as the country. The team is very available and has kindly configured the display of the selectors on our site. They gave me advice and suggested different solutions so that I could projetc myself. I highly recommend this app! The support is top :)

Great app - works very well. The customer service for this app is however outstanding. Luis went above and beyond with helpful videos on issues I had which weren't even strictly related to the app! (Markets/ Languages section). Thank you again, Luis.

Edit for April 2024: I just wanted to add some additional praise for Roberto as, following an unrelated theme update, I messed up some general settings to do with Markets, and he took the time over a weekend to resolve the coding for me - despite it being unconnected to the Geolocation app. Truly outstanding customer service, yet again!

We selected Orbe app because it is a cost-effective solution for user redirects and geolocation on multi-instance stores. It saved us time and money since there was no need to develop a custom solution. We also found the ability to apply custom CSS to country-selector useful, which allowed us to maintain our overall brand identity. Shout out to Luis Vicente for excellent support and prompt replies! Highly recommend this app.
