Geolocation ‑ Orbe

Orbe is by far the best geolocation App. We started with the Shopify native solution but it does not include countries outside of the store markets so that we can redirect between stores. Orbe solved the issue. Also, Luis has been very proactive and helped us implement an X to close the popup window.

App works great and the team behind it listens to customer requests and adds new features continuously. They just implemented Klaviyo integration to send the users market/country to Klaviyo on signup which has been really helpful for us.

Orbe app is the perfect application I've been dreaming of! Everything is very well thought out for a brand that wants to sell abroad. Highly recommend Orbe! After using it for about a month, we've only had some issues in the beginning when setting up. Luis and the support team responded super quickly and within a couple of hours everything was fixed, even though the fixes required some custom changes. Luis even followed up to make sure that everything was alright. Great product and great support!
