UPDATE: It is disheartening to see such an unfair review, especially considering the hard work and effort we put into making Orbe the best it can be. This merchant has never contacted our support team for any assistance. In the review, it is mentioned that the user had a good experience with the app, yet a 3-star rating was given without any apparent explanation.
Since the review was posted, we have reached out multiple times to gather more feedback, but all our attempts have been ignored. This creates a completely unjust situation that does not add value to the ecosystem and only harms a small business striving to develop the best software for Shopify stores. We are always open to help and improve our product, as reflected by the hundreds of positive reviews we have received.

A great app and absolute must if you use multiple shopify stores for your brand. It solved the issue of users entering stores in the wrong market and redirects them to the correct one. Since using orbe, my conversion rate and analytics have already improved.

I find it necessary to share a balanced perspective with a 2-star rating for this app. While its setup is user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and supported by a responsive team, we encountered a significant issue impacting some international customers, notably in Canada and the UK. These users experienced continuous page reloads on our site, rendering the store inoperable. Despite our efforts and those of the support team, who were unable to replicate the problem, a customer-provided video highlighted the faulty behavior of the site. Deactivating the app resolved the issue, as confirmed by the affected customer. Regrettably, this glitch has had repercussions on our Klaviyo campaigns and overall sales. I advise those considering this app to be vigilant and actively seek customer feedback to identify and address similar issues quickly.

Our support team dove into action as soon as we were made aware of the issue, but despite our efforts, we were unable to replicate the problem. It was later discovered that a recent change by Shopify related to their form handling was causing a conflict specifically with your store's setup of multiple domains.

Store owners are the heart of our business, and our team works tirelessly to support as best they can – this sentiment holds true for every interaction we have, and receiving feedback like this is incredibly tough.

Highly recommend Orbe! After using it for about a month, we've only had some issues in the beginning when setting up. Luis and the support team responded super quickly and within a couple of hours everything was fixed, even though the fixes required some custom changes. Luis even followed up to make sure that everything was alright. Great product and great support!

After weeks of testing several apps of country redirect, we found ORBE and we were amazed by the wonderful features it offers. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify Markets, and includes a multi-site integration that was essential for us, as we have several stores and warehouses around the world that needed to be connected.
Roberto was incredibly reactive, even on weekends, to fit our requirements. With just one click, we can even sync Shopify markets again and again even if they change over time.
