Stellar customer service. We've had to pause shipments to the EU as we get up to speed with the updated regulations. This caused our store to glitch out when viewed by customers in Europe. Mariana and the tech team were very prompt with their response, providing guidance on conflicting settings across Shopify, Orbe and other apps that was causing the glitch. The issue was resolved quickly and smoothly.
Orbe Geolocation has been a fantastic addition to our store. As a developer and entrepreneur, I really appreciate how seamless the integration is and how well it handles global sales. The support team is also top-notch—they were incredibly helpful and responsive when I had questions. Highly recommend this app for any Shopify merchant looking to scale internationally!
