Horrendous customer service. A customer received an extremely poor quality 'fake' item that is absolutely disgusting (I have it here in front of me and is only fit for the bin) - I have been unable to get hold of Kakaclo. I have tried all ways of contact them - chat, emailing various addresses - no response. If using this app - you are rolling a dice. If you get a customer requesting a return (even for a damaged item) you are not going to get a refund and will be left out of pocket. Avoid - use another provider. @Shopify please sort out this app.
In addition shipping takes FOREVER - but supposed to be around 5-9 days! Awful, AVOID.
Update June 2026: KakaClo has ceased dropshipping operations without notice and has not responded to refund requests for wholesale inventory purchased in 2023. Total outstanding: $6,357.50. No replies to emails after 10+ business days. Escalating to econsumer.gov and Shopify fraud reporting. Original review left when service was still operational — no longer recommend
November 2023: We focus on custom products. We have made clothes here that align with our requirements at a reasonable cost. The customer service is quick to respond and detailed and meticulous in their day-to-day.

The service is so poor now and No one reply my requests and email. I have already applied cancel the orders and seek for refund due to the products are not same as the photos provided. I don't know why still processing the orders and didn't give back the refund. If the service can not be improved, we can't trust your business anymore.
